Forthnet announces according to the L. 3556/2007 (art.3(ist), (bb), and art. 21) and 3340/2005 in combination with the resolution of the HCMC under no 1/434/3.7.2007 (art. 11), that,
- FORTH (legal entity subject to the art. 13, par. 1 of the Law 3340/2005), as a linked person to the BoD Members of Forthnet Messrs. Alkiviadis Pagiatakis and Apostolos Traganitis, informed by it' s letter dated 15/02/08, that it sold on 14/2/2008, 2,000,000 shares of Forthnet of a value of euro 23,000,000.00.
- NOVATOR EQUITIES LTD (legal entity subject to the art. 13, par. 1 of the Law 3340/2005), as a linked person to the BoD Members of Forthnet Messrs. Constantine Gontikas and Graham Bruce McInroy informed by it' s letter dated 15/02/08, that it sold on 14/2/2008, 3.934.068 shares of Forthnet of a value of euro 45,241,782.00.
- CYCLADIC CAPITAL LLP (legal entity subject to the art. 13, par. 1 of the Law 3340/2005), as a linked person to the BoD Member of Forthnet Mr. Dimitris Goulandris informed by it' s letter dated 14/02/08, that it sold on 14/2/2008, 2.224.844 shares of Forthnet of a value of euro 25,585,706.00.
- FORTH (legal entity subject to the art. 13, par. 1 of the Law 3340/2005), as a linked person to the BoD Members of Forthnet Messrs.
