The Annual Financial Statements and the Consolidated Financial Statements according to IAS / IFRS will be announced on Friday, February 29, 2008 published in the press on March 1, 2008.
The Annual Analysts briefing will take place on Monday, March 3, 2008, 9:30 a.m. at the Union of Institutional Investors, Omirou St. 15, Athens, 3rd floor.
The Annual Ordinary General Assembly of the company?s Shareholders will take place on Wednesday, March 26, 2008.
The Board of Directors will propose to the Ordinary General Assembly the dividend distribution for the fiscal year 2007 of Euro 0,22 per share.
Dividend beneficiaries will be shareholders of the Company?s shares on the closing of Thursday, March 27, 2008.
Ex-Dividend date will be Friday, March 28, 2008.
Dividend's start date of payment will be Friday, April 4, 2008.
