S&B Industrial Minerals S.A., pursuant to article 27 par.3 of L.3556/2007 and the decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission 1/434/3.7.2007 (article 11), announces that Mrs Aikaterini Kyriacopoulos, Honorary Chairman of the BoD of the company, with her letter on 7.3.2008 has notified us that her voting rights in S&B Industrial Minerals S.A. have decreased as a result of the capital increase of the company based on the resolution of the BoD on 6.12.2007, following the exercise of the stock option rights. The new shares have been trading in the ATHEX as of 19.12.2007. As a result, the voting rights of Mrs Aikaterini Kyriacopoulos, who holds 3.362.452 shares directly and additionally 12.042.288 voting rights indirectly- pursuant to the private agreements dated 7.8.2003 and 21.6.2004-, are currently at 49.89% of the total voting rights of the company.
