DIAS AQUACULTURE S.A., in accordance with Law 3556/2007 and Decision 1/434/03.03.2007 (article 11) of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that on 25/02/2008, Liossis Ioannis, Independent non-executive member of the company, (person obliged to notify pursuant to article 13 of L.3340/2005), bought 1.400 common shares with voting rights of the company, with a total net value of 5.430,00 euros and on 26/02/2008 bought 6.900 common shares with voting rights of the company, with a total net value of 27.609,20 euros.
