In compliance with ar. 4 par.4 of Regulation no 2273/2003 of the European Communities and ar. 16 par.5 of the C.L. 2190/1920 and , following the decision of the Extraordinary G.M. of 18.02.200 and the resolution of the BoD of 18.3.2008, NIREUS S.A. announces that it has proceeded with the purchase of a total of 22.390 of own shares:
1. On 14.4.2008, the Company purchased 8.000 shares, with an average purchase price euro 2,11/share and a total purchase price euro 16.880.
2. On 15.4.2008, the Company purchased 12.000 shares, with an average purchase price euro 2,11/share and a total purchase price euro 25.260.
3) On 17.4.2008, the Company purchased 2.390 shares, with an average purchase price euro 2,15/share and a total purchase price euro 5.130,70.
The above shares were purchased through the Athens Exchange member Cyclos Securities S.A., with an average purchase price euro 2,11 / share.
