Nel Lines S.A., according to law 3556/2007(articles 3 and 21) and article 11 of decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that the Marketing & Public Relations Director, Ms. Theodora Riga (considered an insider according to article 13 of law 3340/2005), sold 70.000 common shares, with a value of Euro 41.290,00 on April 23rd 2008.
