On 23.04.2008 was notified to the Hellenic Competition Committee the concentration with which, the company with name SFAKIANAKIS S.A. acquires the exclusive control of the company with name "Commercial Machinery & Industrial Equipment S.A." and d.t. "ERGOTRAK". The company's activities acquired are the representation and distribution of a) Construction & Mining Equipment, b) Material Handling Equipment, c) Diesel Engines and Generator Sets and d) Air compressors. Ergotrak S.A. is the exclusive representative and distributor in Greece of the trade marks Cummins (diesel engines and generator sets), Case (construction equipment), Ausa (small construction equipment), Linde (forklifts and material handling equipment), Compair (air compressors) and Hitachi (mining equipment).
