According to the provisions of L.3556/2007 (articles 3 (xvi), (bb) and 21), in conjunction with article 11 of Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Capital Markets Commission, Proton Bank reports:
- Mr. Antonios Athanassoglou, Executive Vice-Chairman of the company, on April 18th, 2008 acquired 720 common registered shares of Proton Bank S.A. of a total net value of Euro 5,040. Additionally, on April 21st, 2008 Mr. Athanassoglou acquired 4,000 common registered shares of Proton Bank S.A. of a total net value of Euro 28,140
- Mr. Georgios Nikiforakis , Manager of Financial Services of the company, on April 18th, 2008 acquired 18,286 common registered shares of Proton Bank S.A. of a total net value of Euro 128,706.72 . Additionally, on April 21st , 2008 Mr. Nikiforakis acquired 4,000 common registered shares of Proton Bank S.A. of a total net value of Euro 28,110.
