PLAISIO COMPUTERS S.A. informs the investment public that, during the Board of Directors' meeting, which took place on the 12th of October 2007, Mrs Antiopi Anna Maurou was elected member, taking the place of the resigned member Mr. Gregory Kranos.
The next General Shareholders Meeting will validate all the aforementioned changes.
