NIREUS SA informs that the General Meeting of the Bondholders of 17.12.2013 did not convene due to an absence of the required quorum to decide on the agenda, according to the terms of the Bond.

The Repetitive General Meeting will be held on Monday, December 30th, 2013 at. 14.00 p.m. at the Company's headquarters, 1st km. Koropi-Vari Avenue and Democritou, Koropi, Attica,  according to the terms of the Invitation to the General Meeting  published on 10.12.2013.
