NIREUS SA informs that at the 1^st Repetitive General Meeting of the Bondholders of 30.12.2013 there was an absence of the required, by the Bond terms, quorum to decide on the agenda.
The 2^nd Repetitive General Meeting will be held on Friday, January 10th, 2014 at 14.00 p.m. at the Company's headquarters, 1st km. Koropi-Vari Avenue and Democritou, Koropi, Attica,  according to the terms of the Invitation to the General Meeting  published on 10.12.2013.
