Transfer of the shares of the "ALCO HELLAS S.A." to the Under Supervision Category

The Athens Exchange (ATHEX), following the announcement of the company "ALCO HELLAS S.A." on 25.11.2014, regarding the non-completion of its share capital increase until 31.12.2014 and following the decision of ATHEX on 09.04.2014, decided the transfer of the company's shares to the Under Supervision Category, in accordance to the ATHEX Rulebook. The transfer of the shares of the aforementioned company to the Under Supervision Category will be effective as of November 26^th 2014.
