29 August 2023 - Hellenic Exchanges-Athens Stock Exchange S.A. announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and the provisions of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, that it was notified by the Chief Executive Officer of the Company Mr. Yianos Kontopoulos on 28 August 2023 that on 25 August 2023 he purchased 10,000 common registered shares of the Company having a total value of €52,900.00.
