Trade notification by the CEO Mr. Kontopoulos
22 September 2023 - Hellenic Exchanges-Athens Stock Exchange S.A. announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and the provisions of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, that it was notified by the Chief Executive Officer of the Company Mr. Yianos Kontopoulos on 22 September 2023 that on 20 September 2023 he purchased 5,000 common registered shares of the Company having a total value of €23,347.67.
