Trade notification by the CEO Mr. Kontopoulos
10 June 2022 - Hellenic Exchanges-Athens Stock Exchange S.A. announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and the provisions of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, that it was notified by the Chief Executive Officer of the Company Mr. Yianos Kontopoulos on 10 June 2022 that on 8 June 2022 he purchased 10,000 common registered shares of the Company having a total value of €35,250.00.
Following the abovementioned transaction, Mr. Kontopoulos possesses a total of 60,000 shares of the Company.
