Tax Certificate for the fiscal year 2012

The Company VIOHALCO S.A., according to the provisions of the Athens Exchange Regulation, section 4.1.3.1, announces to the investors that, following the article 82, par. 5, of law 2238/1994, the tax audit for the fiscal year 2012 was conducted by the legal certified auditor, coming to an “unqualified opinion” conclusion.
