The company SFAKIANAKIS S.A. in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 4.1.3.1 of the Athens Exchange Rulebook and article 10 par. 1 of Law 3340/2005 informs the investing public that following the special tax audit for fiscal year 2013 conducted by the certified auditors under article 82 par. 5 of Law 2238/1994, for the Company and its subsidiaries, tax certificates were issued respectively with unqualified conclusion.
