As of April 29, 2026, following the share capital  decrease of the company “EL. D. MOUZAKIS S.A.” (GRS054003009), the shares of the latter are traded on the Euronext Athens under the new par value of €0.50 per share (from €0.70 per share).

As of April 29, 2026, the 30,380,640 new (CR) shares of the company “Y/KNOT INVEST S.A.” (GRS295003008) are admitted to trading on the Euronext Athens following the recent share capital increase with rights issue. On April 29, 2026, the total number of the company’s listed shares amounts to 37,975,800 (CR) shares.
