As of May 7, 2026, the 250,000 new (CR) shares of the company “EUROPEAN INNOVATION SOLUTIONS S.A. ” (GRS439003005) start trading on the Euronext Athens  following the recent share capital increase due to the Stock Option Plan, exercised by 10 executives of the company, at an issue price of €0.10 per share. 
On May 7, 2026, the total number of the company’s listed shares amounts to 15,583,480 (CR) shares.
