Resignation of a senior executive
10 February 2022 - Hellenic Exchanges - Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX) announces to investors the resignation of Mr. Michalis Andreadis from the position of Chief Markets Operation & Business Development Officer, effective 09.02.2022.
The Board of Directors of the Company during its meeting on 10.02.2022 decided that, until the executive that will replace the departing executive is chosen, the duties of Chief Markets Operation & Business Development Officer will be carried out by the Chief Financial Officer Mr. Nikolaos Koskoletos.
