Bank of Cyprus Public Company Ltd (“the Bank”) announces that Mr. Constantinos Tsolakkis, Director of Internal Audit, has submitted his resignation from the Bank as of 31^st December 2014. Mr George Zornas will be Acting Director of Internal Audit as from 1^st January 2015.
