The Company FOLLI FOLLIE S.A , with trade title “FF GROUP", announces that pursuant to Law 3556/ 2007, Law 3340/07 in conjunction with the Hellenic Capital Market Commission's decision No. 1/ 434/ 3.7.2007, Mr. Dimitrios Koutsolioutsos, President of the BoD of FF GROUP, acquired on April 07th, 2015, 9.450 common nominal shares at a total value of 249.428,43 Euro and on April 9th, 2015, 1.250 common nominal shares at a total value of 32.390,54 Euro. Such transactions were notified to the Company according to article 13 of Law.3340/2005
