The Company FOLLI FOLLIE S.A, with trade title “FF GROUP", announces that pursuant to Law 3556/ 2007, Law 3340/07 in conjunction with the Hellenic Capital Market Commission's decision No. 1/ 434/ 3.7.2007, Mr. Dimitrios Koutsolioutsos, President of the BoD of FF GROUP, acquired on April 27th, 2015, 5.427 common nominal shares at a total value of 129.286,68, on April 28th, 2015, 1.500 common nominal shares at a total value of 36.420,00 Euro and on April 29th, 2015, 230 common nominal shares at a total value of 5.603,32.

Such transactions were notified to the Company according to article 13 of Law.3340/2005.
