S&B Industrial Minerals S.A. announces pursuant to L. 3556/2007 and L.3340/2005, in combination with Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that AYGH S.A., a legal entity closely associated with Mr. Ulysses P. Kyriacopoulos (Chairman of the BoD) and Mrs. Flora Maria P. Kyriacopoulos (non-executive member of the BoD), purchased 3.247 common S&B shares for a total value of € 12.893,34 on 22/12/2011 and 199 common S&B shares for a total value of € 786,02 on 23/12/2011.
