Press Release Listings and Market Operation Committee - Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX)

The Athens Stock Exchange, following today's session of its Listings and Market Operation Committee, approved the application of "DOTSOFT S.A." (ISIN:GRS531003002) for the admission to trading of its shares on the trading category "EN.A. PLUS" of the Alternative Market of ATHEX.
The trading of shares will be taking place on Thursday, August 10th, 2023. 
The Admission Information Document will be disclosed today, Friday, August 4th, 2023, in electronic form, on ATHEX's website.
 
The Athens Stock Exchange examined also the case of ELVIEMEK S.A. (ISIN:GRS250073004) which fall under the provisions of article 2.6.12 of the ATHEX Rulebook regarding delisting and decided the delisting of the securities of the company, which have been under suspension of trading for a long period of time and no prospect of resumption of trading arose.
The removal of all securities of the aforementioned company from the ATHEX trading systems will take place on Monday, August 21st, 2023. 
 
Additionally, the Athens Stock Exchange, following today's session of its Listings and Market Operation Committee, approved:
  • The acquisition of Market Maker capacity for the shares of CARS MOTORCYCLES AND MARINE ENGINE TRADE AND IMPORT COMPANY S.A. for the ATHEX Member OPTIMA BANK S.A. and set the start date of the Market Making obligations on Friday, August 25th, 2023.
  • The resignation from the Market Making capacity for the ATHEX Member BETA SECURITIES S.A. on the shares of the company ALUMIL ALUMINIUM INDUSTRY S.A. The last date of Market Making obligations will be on Friday, August 25th, 2023.
