9M 2014 Financial Figures

The EL.TECH. ANEMOS Group of companies announces its financial results for the period January-September 2014, in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (I.F.R.S.)

The consolidated turnover amounted to Euro 22.9 million compared to Euro 27.7 million during the corresponding period of 2013, decreased by 17% due to uncommonly low wind performance data.

Consequently, EBITDA amounted to Euro 15.6 million, compared to Euro 19.8 million for the same 9-month period of 2013, while EBIT amounted to Euro 9.6 million, compared to Euro 13.1 million. However, EBITDA and EBIT margins remained high, above 68% and 41.9%, respectively.

Consolidated profit after tax (net profit) amounted to Euro 3.4 million, compared to Euro 6.6 million during January-September 2013 period, of which the attributable amount to the parent company is Euro 3.2 million, compared to Euro 6.1 million for the nine month period of 2013.

Consolidated net profit per share amounted to Euro 0.0472, compared to Euro 0.0990 for the same period of 2013.

Consolidated net debt (total loans minus cash, cash equivalents and restricted deposits) amounted to Euro 75.5 million, compared to Euro 112.6 million on December 31^st, 2013.

In reference to the parent company, the total turnover amounted to Euro Euro 21.1 million, compared to Euro 25.3 million in the same 9-month period of 2013. EBITDA amounted to Euro Euro 14.0 million, compared to Euro 18.1 million during January-September 2013 period, while EBIT amounted to Euro 8.5 million, compared to Euro 11.8 million (period January-September 2013). Profits after tax (net profits) amounted to Euro 2.7 million, compared to Euro 5.5 million during the same period of 2013, and net profit per share amounted to Euro 0.0403, compared to 0.0895 for the corresponding period of 2013.

It has to be noted that the total installed capacity of EL.TECH. ANEMOS Group of companies is 171 MW, comprising of twelve (12) wind farms of 164 MW, one (1) small hydroelectric project of 5 MW and one (1) photovoltaic project of 2 MW. Today, four (4) wind parks with a total installed capacity of 94 MW are in the construction phase. In addition, projects with a total installed capacity of 867 MW are at various stages of the licensing process (340 MW of which are in advanced stage).
