Financial Figures FY 2014

The EL.TECH. ANEMOS Group of companies announces its financial results for the period 1.1.2014 to 31.12.2014, in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (I.F.R.S.).

The consolidated turnover amounted to Euro 31.6 million compared to Euro 36.9 million during the fiscal year 2013, decreased by 14.3% due to uncommonly low wind performance data and tariff adjustment, based on Law 4254/2014 (“New Deal”).

Consequently, EBITDA amounted to Euro 20.9 million, compared to Euro 22.1 million for 2013, decreased by 5.6%, while EBIT amounted to Euro 13.4 million, compared to Euro 12.4 million respectively for 2013, increased by 7.9%.

Consolidated profit after tax (net profit) amounted to Euro 4.6 million, compared to Euro 2.7 million during 2013, of which the attributable amount to the parent company is Euro 4.4 million, compared to Euro 2.4 million for 2013, increased by 71%.

Consolidated net profit per share amounted to Euro 0.0616 compared to Euro 0.0380 for the fiscal year 2013.

Consolidated net debt (total loans minus cash, cash equivalents and restricted deposits) amounted to Euro 104.3 million, compared to Euro 112.6 million for 2013.

In reference to the parent company, the total turnover amounted to Euro 29.2 million, compared to Euro 33.9 million in the same 12-month period of 2013. EBITDA amounted to Euro 19.5 million, compared to Euro 20.5 million in FY 2013, while EBIT amounted to Euro 12.6 million, compared to Euro 11.5 million for 2013. Profits after tax (net profits) amounted to Euro 4.2 million, compared to Euro 2.0 million in 2013, and net profit per share amounted to Euro 0.0592, compared to 0.0329 for FY 2013.

It has to be noted that the total installed capacity of EL.TECH. ANEMOS Group of companies is 171 MW, comprising of twelve (12) wind farms of 164 MW, one (1) small hydroelectric project of 5 MW and one (1) photovoltaic project of 2 MW. Today, two (2) wind parks with a total installed capacity of 36.8 MW are in advanced stage of construction, while other two (2), with a total installed capacity of 57.2 MW, are expected to be completed by mid-2016. In addition, projects of a total installed capacity of 860 MW are at various stages of the licensing process (325 MW of which are in advanced stage).
