INTERIM FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
Of the period from 1st July 2011 to 31st December 2011

The Board of Directors of HSI S.A during its meeting on Friday 24/02/012 gave its approval for the financial reports of HSI S.A and of the Group covering the period from 01/07/2011 until 31/12/2011. According to the approved financial statements the Company's turnover amounted to € 87 mil presenting a decrease of 16,5% as compared to the respective period of the previous fiscal year.  The Group's Turnover (including the subsidiary companies of Serbia) reached € 117,4 mil presenting a decrease of 13,6% as compared to the respective period of the previous financial year.
The Company's gross profit margin reached 9,8% at the period 01.07.2011-31.12.2011 compared to -10,6% at the respective period of the previous fiscal year. Respectively, for the Group the gross profit margin for the period 01.07.2011-31.12.2011 reached 18,90% compared to 0,80% at the respective period of the previous fiscal year.
Earnings before interest, tax, investment results and depreciation (EBITDA) of the Company reached €3,3 mil from € -14,2 mil at the respective period of the previous fiscal year. Earnings before interest, tax, investment results and depreciation (EBITDA) for the Group, reached € 11,5  mil as compared to € -4,8 mil at the respective period of the previous fiscal year.
Losses before tax for the Company reached € 6,4 mil from € 20 mil at the respective period of the previous financial year. Consolidated Earnings before tax reached € 0,35 mil turning around losses of € 11,3 mil at the respective period of the previous financial year.
