NIREUS SA informs that Thursday, July 11, 2013, is the record date to ascertain the beneficiaries for making the 12th period payment of interest on its Convertible Bond Loan (CBL) traded in the Athens Exchange and issued on 12/7/2007 with Bondholders' Representative and Proxy Payer Eurobank-Ergasias Bank.

The same day, July 11, 2013, is the record day to ascertain the beneficiaries for the making the 1^st period partial capital repayment on the same bond.

All the 1.915.684 bonds of the CBL currently trading in the Athens Exchange are entitled to interest and partial capital repayment.

Consequently, at 12.07.2013, the Issuer will pay to the bondholders a total amount of 2.140,594,27 € that breaks down as follows: 

1. accrued interest for the 12th interest period, the amount of 640.594,27 €, or € 0,334394 per bond
2. partial capital repayment for the 1^st repayment period, the amount of 1.489.224,01 €, or  0,777385 € per bond
3. the amount of 10.775,99 € for the payment of fractional bonds

The payment of the interest and the partial capital repayment will be made through the Athens Exchanges.  The payment of the fractional bonds will be made through the Bondholders' Representative and Proxy Payer Eurobank Ergasias Bank, Institutional Transactions Services Department, 8 Iolkou & Filikis Etairias Street , Building A, level 2, 142 34 Athens, tel. : +30 210 35 23 300, between 9:30 am and 14 p.m.

Additionally, NIREUS SA informs that, due to the partial repayment of the CBL: 

1. The bonds will cease trading on the record date and on the payment date, 11.07.2013-12.07.2013
2. A total of 119.994 bonds will be paid in full and cancelled.  On 15.07.2013, 1.795.690 bonds will be trading in the Athens Exchange.
