Marfin Popular Bank Public Co Ltd announces that the interest of the Capital Securities 2008 (CPBCS), in accordance to the terms of their issue, is payable every three months, on 31 March, 30 June, 30 September and 31 December every year.  The Capital Securities 2008 bear an interest rate of 2,89% from 31 December 2011 to 30 March 2012.

Beneficiaries of the interest, which will be paid on 31 March 2011, will be the holders of Capital Securities who will be registered in the CSE Registry on 16 March 2012 (record date).  Therefore, the Capital Securities will be trading in the CSE without the right of participation in the payment of interest from 14 March 2012.
