Hellenic Cables intends to participate, either independently or as part of a joint venture, in the public tender of the company " Independent Power Transmission Operator" (ADMIE) number DAPM-41412 (Supply and Installation of underground cables for the underground section of 150 kV overhead double circuit transmission line MEGALOPOLI I – Kalamata I in Kalamata region) at the date of 10.02.2015 or at any later date.

Furthermore, the Company announced that public companies - shareholders, who are required by the provisions of Presidential Decree 82/1996 to register their shares until a physical person, must provide it in due time full information until the individual identification of shares within the meaning of Article 3 paragraph 1 of the above Decree and, in case of non-compliance with this requirement they shall forfeit their right of representation and voting rights at the General Meeting of the Company, as well as any kind of property rights arising from ownership.
