The company SFAKIANAKIS S.A. announces that, according to P.D. 82/96 (A'-66), as amended by the stipulations of article 8 Law 3310/2005, as this amended by Article 8 of Law 3414/2005 (A'-279), will participate in the following open competitions of the Ministry of Public Order and Citizen Protection / Hellenic Police for the supply of two hundred and twenty six (226) cars of jeep type, as relevant declaration under number 17/2013, carried on 17.02.2014 and any possible changes in the dates of the transaction or the repetitions of the above competitions.

It should be reminded to incorporate companies, shareholders of SFAKIANAKIS S.A., that since their stocks have not been registered, according to the above mentioned P.D., till natural person they cannot exercise the rights of participating and voting to General Meetings deriving from these shares as well as any kind of relevant property rights.
