The company SFAKIANAKIS S.A. announces that, according to P.D. 82/96 (A'-66), as amended by the stipulations of article 8 Law 3310/2005, as this amended by Article 8 of Law 3414/2005 (A'-279), will participate in the open competition of the Municipality Kordeliou- Evosmou for "Replacement of Polluting Municipal Vehicles of Municipality Kordeliou- Evosmou", as relevant declaration under survey number 7/2013 and protocol number 81018/31.10.2013, and as amended by protocol No. 91550/18.12.2013 conducted on 11.02.2014, and as to any changes in the dates of the transaction or the repetitions of this competition.

It should be reminded to incorporate companies, shareholders of SFAKIANAKIS S.A., that since their stocks have not been registered, according to the above mentioned P.D., till natural person they cannot exercise the rights of participating and voting to General Meetings deriving from these shares as well as any kind of relevant property rights.
