The Company MINOAN LINES S.A. (the «Company» hereinafter) announces the following:

On November 26th, 2013 a notification regarding change in voting rights was made known to our company, according to which the company GRIMALDI COMPAGNIA DI NAVIGAZIONE S.p.A. changed its total participation rate on the Company and the percentage of voting rights from 90.123% to 94.362% (voting rights and financial instruments providing rights to acquire voting rights).

It should be noted that the participation percentage of the main shareholder (94,362%) is analyzed as follows:  a) 83,578,021 (89.498%) shares with voting right constitute direct participation of the GRIMALDI COMPAGNIA DI NAVIGAZIONE S.p.A. b) 1,634,239 (1.75%) shares with voting rights constitute indirect participation of 100% subsidiary company of the Group Atlantica SpA Di Navigazione and c) 2,907,966 (3.114%) shares with voting rights on which the shareholder GRIMALDI COMPAGNIA DI NAVIGAZIONE S.p.A. possesses a call option for the period from May 7th , 2010 to May 6th, 2015. It should be indicated that the shareholder GRIMALDI COMPAGNIA DI NAVIGAZIONE S.p.A neither holds the above 2,907,966 shares of the present case c), nor exercises the voting rights there on.

The abovementioned change took place on November 25th, 2013 through the completion of the Company's share capital increase which was decided by the virtue of Ordinary General Assembly of the Company's shareholders dated on June 21st, 2013.
