Notification of information as per Law 3556/2007

G.E. DIMITRIOU S.A.  (hereinafter “the Company”) notifies according to article 14 of Law 3556/2007 and following the notification received from Mr. Konstantinos Velanis, that on the 24^th of July 2013, the percentage of voting rights that Mr. Konstantinos Velanis holds indirectly, through the company BLAKE ASSETS S.A., in the Company, fell below the threshold of 5% of the total voting rights in the Company and changed from 13,16%  to 0% of the total voting rights in the Company.
