Pursuant to the applicable law provisions and following the as from 12.09.2013 and 17.10.2013 Announcements of “SELONDA AQUACULTURE S.A.” (hereinafter the “Company”) referring  to the progress of the potential merger of the Company with “DIAS AQUACULTURE S.A”, the Company hereby notifies the termination of the as from  04.04.2013 memorandum of understanding between the two companies in relation to the said merger.
