According to Article 7, paragraph 3 of Law 3016/2002, we hereby acknowledge that the company Board of Directors in the meeting held on 1/9/2014, decided the replacement of Mr. Stylianos Tsirozidis from the position of Internal Auditor Controller of the company and the appointment of Mr. Andreas Politis as the Internal Auditor Controller.
