NEW BOARD OF DIRECTORS

 

         

By virtue of Article 2 par. 2 case (e) of Decision No 3/347/12.07.2005 of the Board of Directors of the Capital Market Commission and the prevailing stock market legislation, SIDENOR SA announces that the Ordinary General Shareholders' Meeting, held on Friday May 22th, 2015 elected the new Board of Directors which shall administer the company for one year, until Ordinary General Shareholders' Meeting of 2016. The new Board of Directors after duties' assignment on May 22, 2015 is the following:

 

  1. Georgios Kalfarentzos, Chairman of BoD - Executive member
  2. Nikolaos Koudounis, Vice-chairman of BoD - Executive member
  3. Nikolaos Mariou, Member of BoD - Executive member
  4. George Soulitzis, Member of BoD - Non-executive member
  5. Stavros Theodoropoulos, Member of BoD - Executive member
  6. George Passas, Member of BoD – Non Executive member
  7. Ioannis Ikonomou, Member of BoD - Non-executive member
  8. Andreas Kyriazis, Member of BoD - Non-executive and independent member
  9. Efstathios Strimber, Member of BoD - Non-executive and independent member
