According to article 24 of the Law 3461/2006, H.I.G. Luxembourg Holdings 46 Sarl hereby announces that, during the session of 04.07.2014, it acquired 881,745 shares issued M.J. MAILLIS S.A. at a price of Euro 0.115 per share. As a result of this transaction, H.I.G. Luxembourg Holdings 46 Sarl owns 239,907,599 shares issued by M.J. MAILLIS S.A. corresponding to 74.292% of the voting rights of the latter.
