According to article 24 of the Law 3461/2006, H.I.G. Luxembourg Holding 46 S.a.r.l. hereby announces that during the session of 03.07.2014 it acquired 3.455.700 shares issued M.J. MAILLIS S.A. at a price of Euro 0,115 per share. As a result of this transaction, H.I.G. Luxembourg Holding 46 S.a.r.l. owns 239.025.854 shares issued by M.J. MAILLIS S.A. corresponding to 74,019% of the voting rights or the latter.
