According to article 24 of the Law 3461/2006, H.I.G. Luxembourg Holdings 46 S.?.r.l. hereby announces that, during the session of 07.08.2014, it acquired 201,020 shares issued by M.J. MAILLIS S.A. at a price of Euro 0.115 per share. As a result of this transaction, H.I.G. Luxembourg Holdings 46 S.a.r.l. owns 247,639,599 shares issued by M.J. MAILLIS S.A corresponding to 76.686% of the voting rights of the latter.
