Euronext Athens announces the commencement of trading on Friday 5 June 2026 of 2,037,142 new ordinary shares of CrediaBank S.A. (ISIN: GRS001003052), following the share capital increase resulting from the capitalization of reserve, in the context of the establishment of a free share distribution scheme (stock award plan), in accordance with the provisions of Law 4548/2018, as in force.
