26/03/2014 – Announcement regarding comments on press

In reply to CMC question with prot. no 1093/26.03.2014 regarding “capital.gr” publication with title “DIAS: The request to enter into the conciliation procedure was rejected”, Dias Aquaculture SA (the “Company”) informs the investing public that the company has been formally notified by the courts pursuant to court decision no 271/24.03.2014 that its application to enter into the conciliation procedure under Chapter 99 of the Bankruptcy Law has been declined.

Therefore the board of Dias is going to have a Board meeting tomorrow in order to decide the appropriate course of actions.

The board of Dias still hopes to reach a restructuring settlement with the banks and other creditors.
