Grivalia Properties REIC (the "Company"), pursuant to the provisions of Laws 3556/2007 and 3340/2005, as well as the Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces after relevant notification which was received pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, the following:
- Mr Georgios Chryssikos, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, sold on December 4th, 2014, 10,000 common shares of the Company of a total value of €87,000.
- Mr Panagiotis - Aristeidis Varfis, the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, sold on December 5th, 2014, 2,800 common shares of the Company of a total value of €24,808.
- Mr Konstantinos Georgiakos, the Investment Director of the Company, sold on December 8th, 2014, 1,830 common shares of the Company of a total value of €16,451.70.
