MLS Multimedia S.A  held its Extraordinary General Meeting   on  February 24^th, 2015, with the participation of 8 shareholders (56,23% or 6.983.000shares)  discussed and decided upon the following issues:     

1. Issue of common bonds up to 5.000.000 € and Authorize the Board to determine the specific conditions of the issue.

     2.  Amend articles 13 and 25 of the Articles of Association
