METKA S.A. announces the amendment of its Financial Calendar for the year 2014, which is updated as follows:

- Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders: Wednesday 18th, June 2014
- Ex-Dividend Date 2013: Friday 20th, June 2014
- Dividend beneficiaries 2013 - Record date: Tuesday 24th, June 2014 **
- Annual Briefing of Analysts and Institutional Investors –
“Association of Greek Institutional Investors”: Wednesday 25th, June 2014
- Dividend Payout 2013: Monday 30th, June 2014
- Announcement of the First Half 2014 Financial Results
& Conference Call with Analysts: Wednesday 6th, August 2014
- Publication of the First Half 2014 Financial Results: Thursday 7th, August 2014
- Announcement of the Nine Month 2014 Financial Results: Wednesday 26th, November 2014

(*) The Company reserves the right to change the above dates, following relevant notification of the public by amending the present.
(**) The aforementioned dates regarding dividend distribution are subject to approval by the Ordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders. If there is a decision to pay out a dividend, the ex-date is οn June 20th 2014, which is the expiration date of the Futures Contracts that are traded in the derivatives market and have the company's share as an underlying security.
The Company would like to clarify that the results will be released before the opening of the market on Athens Stock Exchange on the release day, at the Companies website (www.metka.gr) as well as the website of the Athens Exchange (www.helex.gr).
