ELVAL SA HELLENIC ALUMINIUM INDUSTRY in accordance with paragraphs 4.1.2 par.1b and 4.1.4.3.1 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, announces its Financial Calendar, according to which:

1. Annual Financial Statements for the Group and the Company for the fiscal year 2011 will be released on Monday, March 26, 2012 and published on Tuesday, March 27, 2012.

2. Briefing of analysts in Association of Greek Institutional Investors concerning the financial results of 2011 will take place on Wednesday, May 2, 2012.

3. The Annual General Shareholders Meeting will take place on Thursday, June 14, 2012.

4. Company's Board of Directors will propose not to distribute dividend for fiscal year 2011.
