Minoan Lines S.A. announces the Financial Calendar for the fiscal year 2015, as follows:

-Annual Financial Information is to be published on Company's official web page: www.minoan.gr and the website of the Athens Stock Exchange (www.helex.gr) on Tuesday, March 31^st, 2015.

-Annual Shareholders General Assembly is scheduled to take place on Friday, June 05^th, 2015.

The Company's Board of Directors will propose to the Annual General Assembly no dividend distribution for the fiscal year 2014.

The Company reserves the right to change the above mentioned dates, provided that it informs the investors with a new announcement.
