Publication of its annual report and financial statements for 2013 (data and information on its operations 1/1/-31/12/2013) by posting them on the ATHEX webpage (http://www.ase.gr), at the close of the day's trading, and on the Company's webpage (www.astir-palace.com).

Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

The Company will not pay a dividend for 2013, and reserves the right to change the aforesaid dates, informing investors promptly via an amendment hereto.
