In the context of accurate, reliable and timely information to investing public and according to articles 4.1.2 and 4.1.4.3.1 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, the company
«ELGEKA S.A. Trade – Distributions – Representations – Industry» announces its Financial Calendar for the year 2014:
1) Date of release of Annual Financial Statements (Summary Financial Data and Information and Annual Financial Report) of the fiscal year 2013 (01/01/2013 – 31/12/2013) and of its uploading to the websites of the Company (www.elgeka.gr) and of the Hellenic Exchanges Group (www.helex.gr): Monday, March 31st 2014 (before the beginning of trading of Athens Stock Exchange).
2) Date of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders: Monday, June 23rd 2014.
It is noted that the Board of Directors of the Company intends to propose to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders the non-distribution of dividend for the fiscal year 2013.
The Company reserves the right to alter the above dates, if it informs in time the investing public by amending the present, as defined in the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation.
